U.S. International Trade Commission Launches Investigation into Seoul Semiconductor Company, Ltd. Allegations

The U.S. International Trade Commission has initiated an investigation into Seoul Semiconductor Company, Ltd. following a complaint filed on December 4, 2007, alleging violations of U.S. Patent No. 5,321,713 regarding the importation and sale of certain short wavelength semiconductor lasers and products.
