U.S. International Trade Commission Denies Review of Investigation Termination

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided not to review the administrative law judge's initial determinations to terminate investigations into Lutron Electronics Co., Inc. and Control 4 Corporation, following settlement agreements and withdrawal of complaints.
