U.S. International Trade Commission Clears Belkin International, Inc., Belkin, Inc., and Emine Technology Co., Ltd. of Violation Charges

The U.S. International Trade Commission has closed its investigation into Belkin International, Inc., Belkin, Inc., and Emine Technology Co., Ltd. after determining that they have not infringed on Section 337 of the U.S. Tariff Act of 1930.
