U.S. International Trade Commission Denies Review of Endodontic Instruments Investigation Ruling

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided not to review a ruling that allows an investigation into certain endodontic instruments to end due to a complaint being withdrawn. The ruling was made by an administrative law judge based on the withdrawal of the complaint, which was filed under the Tariff Act of 1930.
