U.S. International Trade Commission Investigates Complaint Over Intermediate Bulk Containers

The U.S. International Trade Commission has launched an investigation into a complaint filed by Schutz Container Systems, Inc. and Protechna, S.A. regarding alleged patent infringement by certain intermediate bulk containers imported into the United States.
