U.S. Trade Commission Rejects Review of GPS Chip Import Ruling
The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided not to review a ruling by an administrative law judge that certain GPS chips and related products meet U.S. import regulations. The decision was made in response to a complaint filed by a company, which sought to determine that the necessary requirements for importing these products had been fulfilled.
