U.S. International Trade Commission Issues Limited Exclusion Order for Certain Light-Emitting Diodes and Patents

The U.S. International Trade Commission has determined to issue a limited exclusion order with respect to five patents related to light-emitting diodes, following a remand from the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
