U.S. International Trade Commission to Investigate Composite Wear Components and Products

The U.S. International Trade Commission has launched an investigation into composite wear components and products allegedly infringing on a U.S. patent after a complaint was filed by Magotteaux International S/A and Magotteaux, Inc. on behalf of Magotteaux International S/A of Belgium and Magotteaux, Inc. of Franklin, Tennessee, on March 24, 2008.
