U.S. International Trade Commission Denies Review of Initial Determination in Semiconductor Laser Investigation

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided not to review an initial determination granting a motion to amend the complaint to add five additional respondents in an investigation into certain short wavelength semiconductor lasers and products containing them.
