U.S. International Trade Commission Remands Investigation and Rescinds Exclusion Order

The U.S. International Trade Commission has remanded an investigation into certain rubber antidegradants and products containing them to the presiding administrative law judge, and has also rescinded a limited exclusion order previously issued in the case.
