U.S. International Trade Commission Investigates Rubber Antidegradants and Products for Patent Infringement

The U.S. International Trade Commission has received a complaint from Flexsys America L.P. alleging that certain rubber antidegradants, antidegradant intermediates, and products infringe U.S. patents and requests an investigation to issue exclusion orders and cease and desist orders.
