U.S. International Trade Commission Decides Not to Review Initial Determination in Semiconductor Laser Investigation

The U.S. International Trade Commission has refused to review an initial determination extending the target date of an investigation into short wavelength semiconductor lasers to September 14, 2009, following an initial determination by a presiding administrative law judge.
