US Commission Reviews Antidumping Duties on Chinese, Russian, and Ukrainian Cut-to-Length Carbon Steel Plate

The US Commission has initiated reviews to determine if revoking antidumping duties on Chinese cut-to-length carbon steel plate or terminating investigations on Russian and Ukrainian cut-to-length carbon steel plate would lead to continued material injury, and is seeking public comments by September 22, 2008, with a deadline for responses by October 15, 2008.
