Availability of Denim Fabric in AGOA Countries for Fiscal Year 2009

The U.S. government has announced the commercial availability of denim fabric in several African Growth and Opportunity Act (AGOA) countries, effective from October 1, 2008, to September 30, 2009, as part of the Trade Facilitation and Trade Enforcement Act of 2006.
