U.S. International Trade Commission Upholds Decision on GPS Chip Investigation

The U.S. International Trade Commission has declined to review a final determination finding no violation of Section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930 in an investigation into GPS chips, associated software and systems, and products containing them, issued on June 13, 2008.
