U.S. International Trade Commission Launches Investigation into L-3 Communications Mobile-Vision, Inc. Complaint

The U.S. International Trade Commission has begun an investigation into a complaint filed by L-3 Communications Mobile-Vision, Inc. on behalf of itself, alleging that certain base stations and wireless microphones infringe on a U.S. patent, and seeking exclusion orders and cease and desist orders.
