U.S. International Trade Commission Launches Investigation into Video Game Machines and Pointing Devices

The U.S. International Trade Commission has begun an investigation into video game machines and related three-dimensional pointing devices after a complaint was filed on behalf of Hillcrest Laboratories, Inc. on August 20, 2008, alleging infringement of U.S. patents.
