U.S. International Trade Commission Terminates Investigation into Rubber Antidegradants

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided not to review an administrative law judge's ruling in favor of Sinorgchem and Kumho, effectively ending the investigation into the importation of certain rubber antidegradants, antidegradant intermediates, and products containing the same.
