U.S. International Trade Commission Launches Investigation into Flash Memory Chip Imports

The U.S. International Trade Commission has launched an investigation into flash memory chip imports following a complaint filed by Spansion, Inc. and Spansion LLC, alleging infringement of U.S. patents and existence of an industry in the United States.
