USPTO Invites Public Comment on Post Registration (Trademark Processing) Extension
The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) is seeking public comment on extending a paperwork collection process, as mandated by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, to reduce respondent burden and paperwork.
