USPTO Withdraws Proposal to Require Fee for Paper Filing of Reconsideration Request

The USPTO has withdrawn its proposal to charge a $50 fee for filing a request for reconsideration of a final office action in a trademark case on paper, instead opting to require the fee for paper filings only.
