USPTO Amends Rules for Patent Appeals to Streamline Process

The US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) has updated its rules to better manage the growing number of ex parte patent appeals, allowing the Board of Patent Appeals and Interferences to handle these appeals more efficiently.
