USPTO Announces Changes to Patent Cooperation Treaty Transmittal and Search Fees for Fiscal Year 2009

The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) has made changes to the fees associated with the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) transmittal and search services for the upcoming fiscal year 2009, effective on April 1, 2008.
