USPTO Clarifies Patent Regulations and Revised Applicability Date for Patent Applications with Indistinct Claims

The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) is publishing a notice to clarify the current patent regulations and revise the applicability date for patent applications containing patentably indistinct claims, which were previously enjoined in a court case.
