USPTO Adopts New Rules for Disciplinary Investigations and Reinstatement

The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) has published a final rule to govern disciplinary investigations, warnings, and reinstatement of practitioners, effective August 14, 2008, to ensure consistency with its new rules governing disciplinary proceedings and non-disciplinary transfers.
