OSHA Requests Comments on Extension of HAWPER Information Collection Requirements

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) is seeking public comments on its proposal to extend the Office of Management and Budget's (OMB) approval of information collection requirements for the Standard on Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (HAZWOPER), which was mandated by the Superfund Amendments and Reauthorization Act of 1986 (SARA).
