Scope Imports, Inc., Provisional Acceptance of a Settlement Agreement and Order

The Consumer Product Safety Commission provisionally accepted a settlement agreement with Scope Imports, Inc. for a civil penalty of $70,000, in accordance with the terms of 16 CFR Sec. 1118.20(e).
