Cumulus Licensing LLC Proposes Changes to Radio Broadcasting Services in Texas and Louisiana

Cumulus Licensing LLC has submitted a counterproposal to the FCC in response to a notice, proposing changes to the radio broadcasting services in Texas and Louisiana, including modifications to the licenses of several stations and the community of license for Station KRMD in Oil City, Louisiana.
