Radio Broadcasting Services; Birmingham, Orrville, Selma, and Shorter, AL - Settlement Reached for Channel 300A Allotment

The Federal Communications Commission staff has granted a settlement request from Scott Communications, Inc., Alexander Broadcasting Co., and SSR Communications, effectively terminating a proceeding related to the allotment of Channel 300A at Shorter, AL, and making changes to the community of license for Station WJAM-FM and WALX(FM) to prevent the removal of local services at Orrville and Selma.
