Federal-State Joint Board on Universal Service, National Exchange Carrier Association, Inc. 2006 Modification of Average Schedule Universal Service Formulas

The Federal-State Joint Board on Universal Service has approved a modification to the average schedule universal service formulas, which calculate high-cost loop support and local switching support for average schedule companies. This change will be reviewed and approved annually by the Commission.
