FCC Proposes Changes to Competitive Bidding Rules for Designated Entities

The Federal Communications Commission is seeking public comment on proposed modifications to its competitive bidding rules for designated entities, including restrictions on benefits reserved for small businesses, rural telephone companies, and women and minority-owned businesses, in response to concerns about material relationships with large wireless service providers.
