FCC Staff Denies Reconsideration of Channel 245A Allotment Decision

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) staff has denied a petition for reconsideration filed by H. David Hedrick, who had sought to overturn a decision granting a mutually exclusive allotment of Channel 245A at Reynolds, Georgia, for noncommercial educational use, citing that Hedrick's rulemaking petition was rejected due to late comments filed.
