FCC Grants Delegated Authority for Thousands-Block Number Pooling

The Federal Communications Commission has approved petitions from five state public service commissions to implement mandatory thousands-block number pooling, allowing them to optimize their numbering resources and extend the life of specific numbering plan areas.
