Public Comment Sought on Revised Children's Television Obligations for Digital TV Broadcasters

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is seeking public comment on a joint proposal by several major broadcast networks, children's television advocates, and other industry stakeholders to revise the requirements for television licensees to provide educational programming for children, as mandated by the Children's Television Act of 1990.
