FCC Adopts Electronic Filing Requirements for Unlicensed Devices and Equipment Approval

The Federal Communications Commission has adopted rules requiring electronic filing of certain documents, including FCC Form 731, and announces the effective date of these new requirements, which were previously approved by the Office of Management and Budget.
