Complaint Filed Against Entergy Arkansas for Alleged Unlawful Terms and Conditions

The Arkansas Public Service Commission has initiated a hearing to determine if Entergy Arkansas unlawfully imposed unfair terms and conditions on several cable operators, including Comcast and Cox Communications, and denied access to poles to some of these companies.
