National Exchange Carrier Association Submits Payment Formula and Fund Size Estimate for Interstate Telecommunications Relay Services Fund

The National Exchange Carrier Association (NECA) has submitted a payment formula and fund size estimate for the Interstate Telecommunications Relay Services Fund for the July 2006 through June 2007 fund year, prompting the FCC to seek public comment on the proposal.
