Qwest Withdraws Petition for Clarification of Verizon Physical Collocation Discontinuance Order

Qwest has withdrawn its petition for clarification of a 2003 Commission order allowing Verizon to stop providing federally-tariffed physical collocation services, as granted under section 201 of the Communications Act.
