FCC to Review Broadcast Ownership Rules

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) will consider a Second Order on Reconsideration and Second Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking concerning its mandatory carriage of digital broadcast television signals by cable operators, as well as its broadcast ownership rules, which were adopted in 1996 and reviewed in 2002 and 2006.
