FCC Denies Telco Group Petition to Exclude International Revenues from TRS Fund Calculation

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) denied a petition by Telco Group, Inc. to exclude international revenues from the TRS Fund calculation, dismissing the request for a stay of payment obligations. The Commission found that including international revenues is appropriate and cannot waive the assessment based on international services revenue.
