Commission Amends Rules to Align Oversight of Universal Service Fund

The Commission has updated its rules to transfer oversight of the Universal Service Fund (USF) to the Office of the Inspector General (OIG) and the Office of the Managing Director (OMD), aligning these responsibilities with the Commission's divisions that can execute them most effectively.
