FCC Terminates Price Cap Reconsideration Petitions for Local Exchange Carriers

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has finalized the termination of petitions for reconsideration of a 1997 order that established a 6.5% productivity-based X-factor and eliminated sharing requirements in price cap rules, following the withdrawal of petitions by the petitioners.
