Qwest Petition for Clarification of Verizon Physical Collocation Discontinuance Order Terminated

Qwest has withdrawn its petition for clarification of a 2003 Commission order allowing Verizon to stop providing federally-tariffed physical collocation services. The proceeding has been terminated due to lack of opposition.
