FCC Announces Approval of TCPA and Junk Fax Prevention Rules for Three Years

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has received approval from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to maintain the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) of 1991 and Junk Fax Prevention Act of 2005 rules for the next three years, with the effective date to be announced in a forthcoming Federal Register publication.
