State Department Publishes Cuba Restricted List of Entities and Subentities

The US Department of State has published a list of entities and subentities associated with Cuba, under which direct financial transactions are generally prohibited, and the Department of Commerce's Bureau of Industry and Security will deny export or reexport applications for items used by these entities or subentities.
