FCC Denies Review of Video Relay Service Compensation Rate

The Federal Communications Commission denied applications for review and upheld the per-minute compensation rate for Video Relay Service, a form of telecommunications relay service, for the 2004-2005 fund year. Three parties challenged the rate, which was set by the Consumer and Governmental Affairs Bureau.
