Federal-State Joint Board on Universal Service Asks for Comments on Auctions for High-Cost Universal Service Funding

The Federal-State Joint Board on Universal Service is seeking public input on using reverse auctions to decide how much funding should be provided to eligible telecommunications carriers for high-cost universal service support, as mandated by the Communications Act of 1934.
