Radio Broadcasting Services; Homerville, GA and Jacksonville, FL

The Association for the Studies of American Heritage Corporation has requested the allocation of Channel 246A in Homerville, Georgia, as the community's second local radio transmission service. The allocation will be implemented by reclassifying Station WKQL(FM) in Jacksonville, Florida, to operate on Channel 245C0 instead of Channel 245C.
