The Federal Communications Commission has approved a settlement agreement between Two Hearts Communications, LLC and SSR Communications, Inc. to allot two new radio channels in Oregon and Idaho, replacing existing channels at Prairie City and Weiser, respectively, and adding a new channel at Prineville.
