FCC Receives OMB Approval for New Public Information Collection Requirements Under CALEA and Broadband Access and Services
The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has obtained Office of Management and Budget (OMB) approval for new public information collection requirements related to the Communications Assistance for Law Enforcement Act and Broadband Access and Services, as mandated by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
